Alcohol dehydrates your skin and can also make your face puffy. Your face will look healthy, fresh, and firmer if you limit your alcohol intake.
Regular exfoliation removes dead skin cells that can make your face look dry, patchy and flaky. Your skin will absolutely glow if you exfoliate properly – not every single day and do it gently. Don’t rub your face raw.
4. Drink Warm Water with Lemon
This beverage will help you flush toxins out of your body. It helps with skin sensitivities and helps your skin have a healthy glow, because your body is hydrated. Especially if you drink this instead of coffee or tea in the morning.

We’re not suggesting you wash your hair every single day (because that makes you have dry scalp and damages your hair). However, every other day or every three days is ideal. How does washing your hair affect your face? Greasy hair not only makes you look dirty and not put together, but if it touches the skin on your face, it could clog your pores and make you break out.
6. Wash Your Face Twice a Day
Washing your face twice a day helps open your pores and removes dirt and pollution in your face that could cause acne and other blemishes.
